If your wireless Xbox One controller loses sync with the console there are a few ways to fix this.

Losing sync with the console is a common occurrence such as when switching from using the Xbox One controller on a computer then going back to a console.

The easiest way to pair a wireless controller is to use the Xbox One Connect Pairing Button to Sync the controller.

  1. On the left side of the Xbox locate the Connect Pairing Button.
