Pairing the unit is easy by powering it on and going to the Bluetooth Settings on the device.

For example, here it is Paired to an Android in the Bluetooth settings.

I also Paired it to an Amazon TV Stick with no problems.

For older devices, without Bluetooth, the 3.5mm audio line-in cable can be used.

After it is Paired all sound will transmit over the speakers including calls if setup with a smartphone.

The sound of the unit is very nice with all the right tones and bass coming together nicely.

Summary
The Sbode M400 is a good mid-range portable Bluetooth speaker that would be good fit in a many scenarios.

The IPX6 waterproof rating is good for protection from splashing but not enough to protect it being submerged.

The built-in microphone also makes it a good hands free calling speaker if needed.

I am not an audiophile but the sound quality is very good with a TWS button for the two speakers to play left channel and right channel.

I am still testing the unit so far with good results and will update if anything changes.

As always be sure to read the reviews on Amazon or elsewhere to be sure a unit is a good fit for you.

Interesting would be the performance of the battery in terms of playing versus charging time, also the performance of the FM-tuner and hands-free calls (noise cancelling?).
